Is there a discovery call before I get a quote?

How does the Business OS subscription work?

There's a one-time build fee to design your custom system, then a flat monthly rate covering hosting, backups, updates, and support. That rate is set for your team's size at launch. You can cancel with 30 days notice — no contracts, no early termination fees.

Do I own my website and all the files when it's done?

Yes, completely. You own the code, the files, the content, and the domain. If you ever decide to move to a different provider, you take everything with you.
