Acceptance of terms
By using tailoredos.com or a Business OS client account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or your account. These terms apply to tailoredos.com itself; a separate project agreement or quote covers the specific scope, deliverables, and billing for any website or Business OS build we do for you.
Our services
TailoredOS is a web design and business software studio. We build custom, hand-coded websites and custom business management software ("Business OS") for small businesses, each one scoped individually to the client. What's actually delivered, built, and supported for your business is defined in your individual project agreement or quote, not by this page.
Client accounts
If you're an active client, we'll set up a Client Login account so you can access your website reports or Business OS dashboard. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at the contact below if you think your account has been accessed without authorization.
Payment & project terms
Pricing, payment schedule, and project scope are set individually with each client through a quote and project agreement, not published on this site. Specific billing terms, due dates, and what happens if a payment is missed are covered in that agreement. If you don't have one on file and have a question about your billing, contact us at the address below.
Ownership of delivered work
Once a project is paid in full, you own the custom code, design, and content we build specifically for your business, unless your project agreement says otherwise. TailoredOS retains the right to reuse general techniques, components, and patterns developed during your project in work for other clients; we don't reuse your specific brand assets, copy, or proprietary business logic elsewhere. Third-party elements we may use (fonts, libraries, hosting infrastructure) remain governed by their own licenses.
Acceptable use
Don't use tailoredos.com or a Client Login account to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or another client's data; interfere with or disrupt the site's normal operation; upload or submit anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing through the quote form or your dashboard; or use automated tools to scrape or mass-submit data through the site.
Disclaimer of warranties
tailoredos.com and any Business OS dashboard are provided "as is." We work to keep everything accurate, available, and running smoothly, but we don't guarantee the site or your dashboard will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Specific uptime, support, and service commitments for an active client's website or Business OS build are set out in that client's individual project agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TailoredOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of tailoredos.com or a Client Login account. For an active client relationship, liability related to a specific project is governed by that client's individual project agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to a Client Login account for violating these terms or for reasons set out in your individual project agreement. You can request your account be closed at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use tailoredos.com or your Client Login account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
